When will my candle arrive?

Every candle is made to order after the campaign closes on September 30, 2026. Production begins immediately after close, and all orders ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number automatically once your order ships.

Can I send a candle directly to someone as a gift?

Yes — just enter their shipping address at checkout. We will ship it directly to them. You can also add a personalized gift note during checkout. All orders are beautifully packaged and arrive gift-ready.

How much of my purchase goes to ?

ConqHer earns $9 per candle sold — depending on the total number of candles sold across the entire campaign. The more the community orders, the higher their per-unit payout. Bundles count as individual candles toward their total.

Can I order more than one scent?

Absolutely. You can add multiple individual candles to your cart — each in a different scent. Or choose a bundle and specify scent preferences in the order notes at checkout. Mix and match is encouraged.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Contact Golden BLK at info@goldenblkcandlelounge.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace any verified production or shipping defects at no cost. All sales are otherwise final due to the made-to-order nature of this program.
