Return & Refund Policy

Because each candle purchase supports a fundraising campaign, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preference, change of mind, or incorrect selections made during checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Golden BLK Candle Lounge within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the error was made by Golden BLK Candle Lounge.

Claims submitted more than 5 days after delivery or pickup may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

All fundraiser candle orders are shipped after the fundraising campaign has officially ended. Orders are not processed or shipped individually during the active campaign period.

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days after the campaign closes for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary based on the delivery location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Golden BLK Candle Lounge’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Golden BLK Candle Lounge is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first to open a claim. You may also contact Golden BLK Candle Lounge for assistance.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable once an order has shipped.
